Olivia was born in Chester County, PA, and grew up on a small farm picking strawberries and learning about foraging from her parents. She attended schools in Northern California and North Carolina, where she learned the craft of coffee roasting and fell in love with creating specialty beverages. Her coffee background along with bartender training at The House of William and Merry inspired Olivia to open a coffee shop that offered a unique approach to drink-making, and Little Goat Coffee Roasting Co. was born in September 2017 and has been a staple to the town of Newark ever since. Through her involvement at The Peach Blossom Eatery, Olivia strives to bring a superior food experience to the town of Newark in a casual, timeless atmosphere.
